s. hemisphere
On a whim, singer-songwriter Garrett Kato quit his job and left to Australia to pursue his ‘musical dreams’. Making a living busking in Byron Bay, and performing five gigs a week in anyplace with a stage his eventually caught the attention of some of Australia’s biggest superstars, who both became fans after witnessing him perform on the street. Garrett has since collaborated with a string of buzzing Australian acts such as Ziggy Alberts, Kyle Lionheart, Pierce Brothers and Riley Pearce. His latest EP titled "s. hemisphere,” is a "goodbye letter to North America," says Garrett Kato. "The songs were written about the changes and challenges I faced in creating a new life on the other side of the world."
