Originally released as a vinyl-only limited edition by the Revoke label in 2017, the Pthagonal EP features four vintage µ-Ziq tracks. PC5 was written in Mike's Somerset Avenue studio in 1993 with live keys over a HR16 beat. 'Olé' was written in 1994 during the recording of his Auteurs remixes and features a spanish guitar patch. 'Antiphon' is an older track written in 1992 and recorded at Frank Naughton's studio in Lancaster Avenue, before Mike had a computer of his own. Finally 'Original Phiesope' is the older brother of the track appearing on 'In Pine Effect' and was recorded in 1995 above Papillon Pizza on Merton High Street.
