Live in Pittsburgh 1978
Daryl Hall and John Oates are, officially, the biggest selling duo in the history of popular music. Their career together has produced 18 studio albums – six achieving multi-platinum status – and clocked up six US number one hit singles. They have sold over 40 million albums worldwide and have been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and have been awarded their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The enthralling concert featured here was recorded and broadcast by King Biscuit Flower Hour radio on 2 December at the Stanley Theater in Pittsburgh. Midway through the peak of their international fame, this was the second of two dates at the Pittsburgh venue as part of the Along The Red Ledge Tour.
