Applied Magic is proud to present their first-ever compilation, "Magic Spells," featuring six eclectic tracks that showcase the label's versatility and range. The collection brings together both established and fresh artists to create a dynamic listening experience. The compilation kicks off with label mainstays Last Men On Earth's breakbeat-infused "Funk To Me," followed by Brighton newcomers Monica with their deep and melodic "No Time To Dwell." Labelhead Aera surprises with the melancholic yet infectious "If You Feel Like That," which builds into a euphoric climax with catchy vocals. Rising stars Solique, who recently released on Innervisions alongside Ivory, make their mark on the compilation with "Améné" - a tribal-inspired track with a focus on rhythmic drums and big drops. Motip White's "Snake" combines a heavy groove with a sizzling bassline and unique melodic parts, while Argentinian newcomer Fonz's debut "Tveir" features robotic drums and a catchy synthline. This time, the artwork is created by the multi-talented Rick Offen, who not only excels as a designer but also as a producer and DJ. He hosts his own eventseries, Ritmo Futuro, in Faro, Portugal, and brings his unique style and vision to the project's visual presentation.
