Signing to Nettwerk Music Group saw him unveil his full-length debut Imago. Beyond generating millions of streams, he earned widespread critical acclaim. "being broken" is a bit of sonic U-turn for Pat, the track lures listeners in with its sentimental, feel-good instrumental. Lyrically, it begs them to dig deep into their own existential heartache. “being broken” came to fruition after Pat thought his project was complete, but he knew he couldn’t leave this one out believing it may become the cornerstone of his new project.
