Radio Romance was the eighth studio album of Country music artist Eddie Rabbitt.It was released in 1982 under the Elektra Records label, but Liberty Records eventually took over the copyrights.The album produced two singles including "You and I", a duet with Crystal Gayle, and "You Can't Run From Love." 　Radio Romance reached number five on country album charts.
