Immersione Records first release is titled “Kraken” to suggest something obscure and tentacular. Like divers we explore the abyss of electronica discovering unknown sounds. In this first electro/techno chapter the accurate research sought by Immersione Records shines through, preserving the producers music vision and their uniqueness. The line-up is carefully built and the artists involved vary from acclaimed to up-and-coming names of the underground scene. We can find among the heavy weights names such as Wachita China, argentinian avant-garde producer whose tracks are played by Nina Kraviz, Aphex Twin, Hector Oaks just to name a few and Rage Therapy, the rawest side of The Analogue Cops, founders of the infamous Restoration Records. Regarding the new names we are promoting you will find DE RIO Soundsystem (Abo, Plastique01, TOMO) Florence based djs and producers of DE RIO record label, Helsmoortel whose latest EP ‘Belgica’ earned approval from icons such as Laurent Garnier, Dave Clark and The Advent. Playing at home field we have L.A SQUAD (composed by some Link Academy members: Cixxx j, Computer Numerical Control, Rafal S, Ucci) and closing with Parchi Pubblici winner at Electronic Music Expo contest in Venice with his Detroit’s deep-house/techno inspired music and well known for his hardware crafts. Immersione Records is an independent label founded in Bologna in September 2022 curated by the Link Academy team. Immersione Records is part of the set of activities managed by Link Academy aimed at supporting new artistic languages, such as: concerts, talks, web-radio and workshops. The years of careful programming have translated into esteem and deep affection by the public, which is fundamental to the development of this project. A label of artists for artists that stands outside the rules imposed by the market to create a more equitable music ecosystem for those who are part of it, supporting innovative and independent projects.
