Creation, is aptly titled. It is a product more of imaginative musicianship and programming rather then the influences or the following of something or someone else. Maybe he will call his second album Evolution? Creation is an album of new tastes and combinations, accessible yet challenging for the listener, and certainly justified to be called as such.
