DHR 9 Diephuis & Marie Joly - Horizon Amsterdam it was! When they first met at ADE, it was just naturally. Marie Joly and Diephuis decided to work on their first jam together! They went to Marie’s studio in Amsterdam and layed down their first idea. After this studio night Diephuis worked on in his studio in Rotterdam, added analog synths, deep sounds and african rhythms to vibe. Marie recorded her vocal parts and jammed with dope piano chords. The magic was created and now its time to let the heat be heard! Marie and Diephuis both passionated about deep and soulful house (realhouse) also have created hot tracks in these scenes. Marie did collab with Black Coffee, Karizma and Aqua Bassino. Her track Lovin-U was remixed by Louie Vega! Her Collab with Black Coffee, “Grattitude”, was remixed by Pablo Fierro and ended up on Defected Records. Diephuis worked with artist like Jocelyn Brown, Ursula Rucker, Shea Soul, Tracy Hamlin, Jephte Guillaume, Eastar, Angelos, Natasha Watts, Stephanie Cooke, Emilie Nana, Paco Fernandez, and others. His track “Crossing Borders was remixed by Manoo and released on Nulu Electronic. This mix was supported heavily by Black Coffee and compiled on his Mixmag Magazine mix cd. This remix was remixed by the Kings Of House NYC (Louie Vega, David Morales) and went #1 on Traxsource. His collab with Angelos was also supported by Black Coffee and went #1 on Traxsource as well.
