Elapse is the third track of Ash Luo’s upcoming New Jazz EP “The Drifting Soul”. In this track, she explores the soundscape of modern jazz with the atmospheric sound effects in which to deliver to the audience an intense stream-of-consciousness. Ash Luo says “In my composition, I value the flow of groove, the melancholy and soul-provoking melodic instrumental lines, the modal improvisation and rich textural embellishments to create a surreal soundscape.”
