Canadian sibling duo Tegan & Sara have completed work on their fifth album, "The Con," due July 24 via Vapor/Sanctuary Records. As previously tipped here, twin sisters Tegan and Sara Quin tapped Death Cab For Cutie guitarist Chris Walla to produce the album.  DCFC drummer Jason McGerr, AFI bassist Hunter Burgan and the Rentals' Matt Sharp also contributed to the upcoming release. "The Con" is the follow-up to 2004's "So Jealous," which peaked at No. 26 on the Top Heatseekers chart.
